lives

To bring a little  light and support into the lives of young people in search of guidance.

Lighting up young lives

VISION

FaR aims to give as many people as possible the means to achieve a decent life through education and work aimed at independence.

IDENTITY

FaR - an acronym for Feed and Read - is rich in meaning. It highlights two goals of the Association:

  • the satisfaction of basic material needs
  • education and training

Moreover, by sounding the same as the French word phare (lighthouse) it underlines the ultimate goal:
To bring a little light and support into the lives of young people in search of guidance.

MISSION

FaR's activity is essentially focused on individual, occasional, personal assistance aimed at the autonomy and socio-economic development of the beneficiaries.

The Association also participates in projects that benefit the institutions it supports.

"It is in the greatest adversity that there is the greatest potential for doing good, both for oneself and for others."
